Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We are not able to change or cancel your order during this time as stated in the terms during checkout.
Q: I placed my order a few days ago, when will it ship?
A: You can find our current processing time in our Shipping page and as stated in the checkout terms + condition.
Q: Can I combine shipping with a previous order?
A: We currently do not combine shipping.
Q: I just bought the membership, when does it start?
A: Membership starts on the 1st of each month. For example, if you purchased the membership on September 23rd, your membership will start on October 1st.
Q: I didn’t receive my points from my order. Can you add it back?
A: You must be signed in to your account and signed up for our rewards program to receive the points. We cannot manually add it back to your account.
