International Shipping & Import Duties/Taxes/VAT Policy:
International orders are shipped via Asendia (tracked) to provide the best rate possible and items typically take 10-21 business days to receive depending on the receiving country. Your package can take longer to receive if your package has been selected for customs check on rare occasions. Poi & Hun is not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered by your carrier.
Import duties, taxes and VAT depend on the destination country. Please check the rates and fees with your local authorities or post office to avoid any surprises upon delivery. If the package is rejected by the destination country, Poi & Hun is not responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Signature Confirmation Policy:
Most orders will not require a signature confirmation for delivery, except the following exceptions:
- Any orders containing leather goods (excluding Skye Passport Cover, Kat Pen Pouch, + OOPS leather goods)
- Any orders with a value above $100
Orders delivered to international countries, including Canada, will not have signature confirmation as this is not an offered service by USPS.
All shipping times are estimated. Poi & Hun is not responsible for “late” delivery of any order.
If a package has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received it yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Unfortunately porch pirates and package theft is a reality. In the unlikely situation your package has been stolen, please contact us and we will provide you with a descriptive outline of your package to file a Police Report. This is needed to file a stolen package claim with the delivery carrier. Poi & Hun is not responsible for stolen mail as a result of insecure receiving locations provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Please make sure to send the correct address before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for applicable taxes and customs duties (VAT).
We package your orders with care. If there is any defect with your products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery along with photos showing defect.
We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but we understand that things don't always work out.
Unopened items sold by Poi & Hun in original condition and returned within 7 days of delivery will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. A re-stocking fee of 15% is applicable to refunds in the original payment form to cover transactional fees. Sale items, clearance items and opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs are not eligible for refund. Orders that received “free shipping” at the time of purchase will receive a store credit, exchange or refund less Poi & Hun’s cost of shipping.
Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable insurance costs. Poi & Hun is not responsible for products lost by delivery carriers.
Exchanges and returns must be authorized by Poi & Hun. To start a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the product that you would like to return, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instructions.
